There's a lot of pressure out there to have hugely exciting, fast-paced lives, and a lot of talk about how being a parent is the most fulfilling thing you can do with your life. 

I know when I realized I would not be able to have children I felt a l What does the word "growth" mean to you? 

One of the things I love about coaching is I get to ask interesting people seemingly simple questions. Client answers never fail to surprise me and teach me something new. 

One pattern I've notice I've been spending time this week with friends I met nearly 20 years ago and reflecting on how grateful I am to have supportive friends from a variety of pivotal periods in my life.
